By accessing the Evently website, booking a design consultation, or commissioning a digital invitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Evently provides customized digital event invitations, ambient audio integration, interactive RSVP management suites, and hosted private dashboards for weddings, galas, and celebrations.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photographs, audio tracks, and personal text content you submit to Evently. Evently grants you a non-exclusive license to use the invitation design and code for your designated celebration during the active hosting period.
4. Turnaround & Revisions
Standard digital invitation delivery is completed within 24 to 48 hours following the receipt of your event dates, venue details, and photographs. Couples receive unlimited content revisions prior to public link distribution.
5. Hosting & Uptime Guarantee
Evently commits to 99.9% uptime for your active invitation links, hosted on enterprise global edge infrastructure with automated SSL certificate renewal.
